My stay at Hotel Azul was disappointing. the check-in experience was frustrating and the room quality fell short of expectations. The location was definitely a highlight, placing me in the heart of Playa del Carmen, but that couldn't make up for the poor service and lack of cleanliness.

I appreciate the fantastic location and the cleanliness of Hotel Azul By Encanto. However, the towels really need to be replaced, which took away from the experience. Overall, for the price, it’s a decent choice in Playa del Carmen if you don’t need something fancy.

I had a frustrating experience at Hotel Azul By Encanto. The staff were unhelpful when we encountered issues with our room bookings, and the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Its location is convenient, and the prices are cheap, but the discomforts overshadow the advantages.
